Random Thoughts on Sustainability, Causes & Activism

If we were to ask a genie to transform the human race into a
completely sustainable entity, where our impact was completely in step
with the growth of resources and our lives were longer, healthier and
in complete harmony with the planet, the genie would blink his eyes,
grant our wish and turn us all into trilobites. Something similar to a
horshoe crab. But that isn't what we want right?

Tricky Leaks: Art No Evil

This morning I spent fifteen minutes on a short piece to honor the
people who work for the day an open and free mind is possible. Today
it is not. Even my own mind, curious and capable as it is, even my own
mind is shaped by the information available and, at present, our
available information is shaped more by people's fear of one another
than by people's belief in one another. We don't ask, or tell, we dont
speak truth to power, we say almost nothing to each other, and expect
to be left alone.

ARDevCamp Was A Triumph
